Bio
Jordan Teliske is entering his second season as an assistant coach with the Kodiaks men’s volleyball program. In his first year with the team, he helped lead the squad to an ACAC silver medal finish.
Originally from Edmonton, Teliske brings a diverse coaching background, including time as an assistant coach with NAIT and The King’s University, where he also served as a strength and conditioning coach. He’s spent seven years coaching with the NOOKS Volleyball Club, including one season in a specialized strength and conditioning role. He holds a Level 1 Volleyball Coaching Certification and is also a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
As a student-athlete, Teliske had an accomplished five-year volleyball career at NAIT, playing right side, left side, and libero. He was a two-time ACAC All-Conference selection, earned a bronze medal, and received team MVP and leadership awards, along with the Athletic Director’s Award of Excellence. He also played one season of ACAC soccer as a centre back, earning All-Conference honours and another bronze medal.
After relocating to Lethbridge in late 2024, Teliske connected with Head Coach Greg Gibos and quickly found a home within the Kodiaks program. His dedication to giving back to the sport and supporting the next generation of athletes makes him a valued member of the coaching staff.
